Story

Yes 2017 was horrendous & a complete write off so I am delighted now to be almost back to square one thanks to an efficient and caring NHS !! Each Trustee of the RDT has committed to raising a minimum of £1750 in celebrating their 175th Anniversary.

My Quadruple challenge is

On 23rd July I added to my original challenge inspired by the amazing generosity of my friends and family

 So on Sunday 23rd Sept it is now 2 x 17.5Kms Bike Ride (instead of 1) followed by a 5 Km Walk on 29th Sept.Before then I will loose 2 stone  (17.5 lbs + 6 x 1.75 lb= 28lbs !) (instead of 17.5 lbs)  and in September I am giving up alcohol for 20 days (17.5 + 1.75 = 20) (the most difficult for an elite athlete !!!!!! ) (instead of 17.5 days)

Wow - can he do it? Of course he can.

I am hoping that you will support me BIG TIME in my quest to raise £1750 for the Rainy Day Trust . Due to the amazing generosity of my friends and Family I have been able to raise my target to 3 x £1750 = £5250. Sincere thanks to all you wonderful people, you are very generous and it is most humbling. MASSIVE THANKS

Clearly the other benefit is me getting fitter and hopefully it will help my golf as well -miracles do happen !! Thanks in anticipation
