Being in the wonderful position that I could enter Ironman myself this year I had the opportunity to raise money for the charity of my choice.

I didn't have to look far to find a worthy one!

My cousins wife Georgie has been doing masses of stella work in Sierra Leone. Working to improve the mental health services, helping through out the Ebola crisis, which is still on going, setting up a Treatment Center and the looking at the Psycho-Social response.

Her own charity, Ngbotima, looks to support children through out their education. All the money raised directly benefits the children's education. 

A child's education is important and supporting children though out there education is a worthy cause.

I guess it is even more important now with everything that's happened in Sierra Leone. Families will be struggling in every way and sending a child to school, and the expense of this, won't be high on their priority list.

Lets help send some more to school.
