I'm not a fan of heights but the courage I'll need to abseil down the 300+ft of the cathedral bares no comparison to that shown by the children and families I'm raising money for.  

The LFC Foundation does incredible work directly engaging, supporting and developing those in need within Liverpool City Region and beyond, as well as supporting smaller charities. 

The Owen McVeigh Foundation is one such smaller charity, helping children suffering from cancer and their families. As a father of two healthy young boys, I can barely bring myself to imagine what these children and families are going through. 

Your donation, no matter how small, will directly help create unique experiences for these sick children and their families, not only providing a much needed morale boost in their fight but also treasured memories.  

Whether you're red, blue or anything else, please help me help these children and families.

Oh, and I'm doing it dressed as Spiderman as my own two little boys nagged me to!!
