Do 100 for Combat Stress
Campaign by Combat Stress (RCN 206002)
This year we turned 100 and to celebrate this milestone we've launched the Do 100 Challenge. Pledge to Do 100 of anything you choose and help raise funds for The At Ease Appeal. You could swim 100 lengths, bake 100 cakes or run 100 miles.

Story

I have currently been doing 25 press ups for 25 days to raise awareness for PTSD. As I am coming to the end of the 25 days I would like to carry on the awareness through Combat stress Do 100,

I am going to Tab 100 miles with a weighted Bergen weighing at least 25 lbs throughout June which is PTSD awareness month.

Any donation is welcome whether it be 10p or a £1. The most important thing for me is to get the awareness out. PTSD is a natural response to a form of trauma and can lead to suicide but this can be prevented with the right help.

Thank you everyone 💂‍♂️💂‍♂️
