Having never done any running since school (in the 1970s!!) in 2019 I decided to give it a go (Sharon has been trying to get me running for years!). It was not easy, but I gradually got the hang of it, built up my distances and was persuaded to sign up for the Brighton Marathon 10k in April 2020........well that didn't happen for obvious reasons. Nor did it happen in September 2020 or April 2021. But it is happening in September 2021 so I'm back on it!
