Last year as many of you know we were suddenly plunged into the nightmare that is AML (Acute Myeloid Leukaemia), with a hopeless prognosis, Jill fought with every fibre of her being to stay, but sadly infection after infection took hold and she passed away surrounded by her heartbroken family just 6 weeks after diagnosis. Having felt helpless for those weeks, I felt I wanted to do something to raise money for Rosemere Cancer Foundation who supported not only Jill but the entire family through this incredibly difficult time.
