John and Judith are once more riding to Brighton to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation on Sunday 16 June.  Judith first cycled the LtoB in 1989 & John in 1990. Each year, the cause increases in significance. Last year a friend in his 40s had a heart attack a few months before his first child was born &  our friend,Gary Cardno, 51, who had joined us on the bike ride in the past, died suddenly, plus John  himself was diagnosed with  arterial fibrilation (I am pleased to say he  still rides on a daily basis plus holiday bike rides) and we know several others some who have died (especially Chris Moorcroft)  and some who have survived. So, please give generously as we would like to raise £1500 between us
