Nobody more than me is amazed that this is happening and I, John Dugdale, is partaking in physical activity for charity. A sizeable pledge from a "good" friend made it too hard to refuse.

I will probably be the last one over the line, but this is for a very important cause.

I recently transitioned form the world of advertising to operations for Spectra, having spent the previous year doing voluntary work in HIV outreach/awareness. Now its a full-time job and vocation, and events like this are vital to being able to raise money to support the work we do.

So after years of supporting numerous friends and donating to charities, its now my turn.
