Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2021 I raised funds for the RBL by marching 100kms in full WW1 uniform. I had been inspired by the late Sir "Captain" Tom's fundraising for the NHS. In this Platinum Jubilee year, at the age of 87, I plan another challenge. This time I will walk 70kms in 70 hours in full WW1 battledress. For 3 days I will venture from my home in Maidensgrove, South Oxfordshire, on a circular route of 24km via the Blue Tin Farm Shop (www.bluetinproduce.co.uk) and the Black Horse pub in Checkendon. Your support in this challenge would be much appreciated as there is a never ending call for funds to help former service personnel and their dependants in need.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
