Hi all

Me and 7 friends are participating in the National 3 peaks challenge on Saturday 31st July to raise awareness and funds for Scleroderma. 

Our beautiful Daughter Paige was diagnosed with Localised Scleroderma 3 years ago when we started to notice a small mark on her forehead which quickly spread down passed her left eye and onto her nose. 

Depending on the form of Scleroderma, it can have devastating affects on people if not caught early and treated well and can lead to deformities of the face, paralysing of the body and severe internal organ damage.

With the disease being so rare it means the Scleroderma and Raynauds UK charity solely relies on charity and fundraising work to run effectively. The charity not only supports individuals and families with Scleroderma it also works tirelessly to help find a cure for this horrible disease. 

THE CHALLENGE

We will start the challenge at Ben Nevis around 6am on Saturday 31st July where we will aim to climb Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England), and Snowdon (Wales), consecutively within a 24 hour period.
