On 14th April 2013, Alex, Chippy, Deano, Rupert, Vish and I will be running the Brighton marathon. 3 of us are seasoned marathon veterans, and 3 of us are novices. Training is varying from the strict training plan to a less committed affair, but all of us will be going for it on the day.

We are running for two reasons. The first, in memory of Christine Meredith-Jones, Rupert's mum, who was an inspiration to us all, and a big part of our lives when growing up, and the second is for the NCDS (National Deaf Children's Society) that is also very important to us. 

We have all known each other since being thrown together at Boarding School 22 years ago, and this is a massive event for us all. Anyone who fancies a day out in Brighton on 14th April, please let us know!
