Story

Hello,

Well, I managed to do my marathon in a time of 4:10:30, which was not bad at all for a first effort and within striking distance of sub 4 hours, which is my next goal.

The current plan is to try Dublin in October and (if lucky) London in 2009 - both flat courses, which Stratford certainly wasn't! And the race itself was run in quite warm conditions which gave a lot of runners real problems.

Thanks once again to all our generous sponsors - you are an ace bunch and it has been a pleasure to have you on my side - you certainly helped me in those last 6 miles to keep putting one foot in front of another!

Bless you!

John, Sam, the Worthington family and all at ACT.
