You know us best for having some giggles whilst keeping you company every weekday afternoon from 2pm - 7pm on Pirate FM. 

However we also have a more serious side (just not exposed all that often!) 

We are both parents, and like all parents you only ever want the best for your children, to keep them happy, healthy and safe. However the harsh reality of life means some children face a fight for life from a very small age. Its every parents worse nightmare, and one which so many are forced to face.

Childrens Hospice Southwest do an incredible job of supporting families who are going through unimaginable times, as well as providing amazing care to the children. In order to continue doing this they need your help.

We have chosen to run the 5k rainbow run, in the hope of raising as much money as possible to support them through what has been such a difficult few months. The charity has continued to work tirelessly throughout the pandemic, but like many charities they have been hit hard financially and the covid-19 outbreak has resulted in them losing approximately £150,000, which they would normally have raised through multiple rainbow runs.

We have set a fundraising target of £1000 and If you'd like to help us reach our total by donating whatever you can - thank you!

Thank you for supporting Children's Hospice South West.This is anunprecedentedtime for everyone. For the wonderful children and families that we support, there are a great many additional challenges because of fear, lockdown and isolation to name but a few. Like all charities at the moment, most of our sources of income have all but dried up. We are very concerned about the future and our ability to raise money to ensure that we can continue to deliver the support services to our children and families.
