Despite my huge aversion to risk, and total fear of heights, I have agreed to raise some money for an incredibly worthy cause, so please donate as much or little as you can. Every bit helps, and 100% of all donations go directly to the charity.
So, on July 28th 2022 I am going to put on my brave pants, and will be strapped to the top wing of a biplane and flung around the sky with a fellow group of aeronauts expertly taken under the wing (!) of Vanessa and Anthony Watts.
Hope House currently provide care and support to 750 children and their families across Shropshire, North & Mid Wales and Cheshire. The support they offer can be respite care, end of life care, sudden death support and bereavement support. They understand that we can’t stop children from dying but we can ensure no family suffers the death of a child alone. This is a link to a family story, Arthurs story, and the impact Hope House Children’s Hospices had on the family at the worst possible time of their lives.
The link above is Arthur's story which a difficult watch but it is the reason why we support Hope House and do the crazy things we do.
