I'm sure we have all, at some point in our lives, been touched by this terrible disease- the loss of a family member, close friend, work colleague...

Well this year I have decided to get out there and do something about it rather than sit on the sofa and watch all these charity events unfold on TV!

I am participating in the London Bikeathon on 13th July 2008 over the 26 mile course- without pub breaks!
