Hope House provide care for children and young people who suffer from life-limiting conditions across Shropshire, Cheshire, Powys and North Wales. 

Hope House also provide emotional and practical support to 750 families who are caring for a terminally ill child. 1,950 children in this area currently live with a terminal illness, and 3 of these children die every week. 

Due to the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic, however, Hope House can currently only afford to help one in every three of these children as they have lost £1 million in income in 2020. 

Hope House need to raise £6.5 million annually to keep the doors of their hospices at Oswestry and Conwy open. 

There is no doubt that the children and families who are dependent on Hope House need our support more than ever. No one should face the death of a child alone, let alone at Christmas.

Mae Tŷ Gobaith yn darparu gofal i blant a phobl ifanc sy’n ddifrifol wael ledled Sir Amwythig, Sir Gaer, Powys a Gogledd Cymru. 

Mae Tŷ Gobaith hefyd yn darparu cefnogaeth emosiynol ac ymarferol i 750 o deuluoedd sydd â phlentyn sy'n ddifrifol wael. Mae 1,950 o blant yn yr ardal hon yn byw â salwch angheuol, ac, yn anffodus iawn, mae 3 o’r plant hyn yn marw bob wythnos. 

Mae Tŷ Gobaith, er hynny, yn ei chael hi’n anodd wrth geisio ymdopi â goblygiadau’r pandemig, ac maent yn wynebu dyfodol ansicr. Gan eu bod wedi colli £1 miliwn mewn incwm yn 2020, dim ond un o bob tri o’r plant hyn y gall Tŷ Gobaith fforddio eu helpu. 

Mae angen i Dŷ Gobaith godi £ 6.5 miliwn yn flynyddol i gadw drysau eu hysbytai yng Nghroesoswallt a Chonwy ar agor.

Mae'r holl blant a theuluoedd sy'n ddibynnol ar wasanaethau Tŷ Gobaith angen ein cymorth fwy nag erioed o'r blaen. Ni ddylai neb wynebu'r boen o golli plentyn ar eu pennau eu hunain, yn enwedig adeg yma o'r flwyddyn.
