I was invited to take part in this bike ride by Diane's brother & Sister-in-law (Ian & Ali) with whom I will be completing the ride.

Diane's memory lives on in all our hearts. Through our actions we would like to attempt to give something back, in honour of how she touched the lives of so many.

Diane was in hospital for 4 months, and during this time I did consider what additional support Diane & I might need, and I am sure I would have turned to Macmillan to request this. I am pleased to say that we didn't need to ask for help, as we had so much love around us, however I have learnt from the Macmillan website that one in four people with cancer in the UK don't have support from family and friends.

Please do considering supporting me in my quest to get a little more fit, to burn off some excess weight, and to raise some funds for Macmillian. Give as much as you can afford to, as every little help.
