On September 8th, I will be cycling 100 miles in and around Wiltshire as part of the 2019 Tour de Dyson. 

Compared to what any Alzheimer’s patient and family goes through, my weeks of training are nothing. However I hope my small action is enough for you to put your hand in your pocket as these causes still need our support - now more than ever in fact.
