This time we’re heading to Colombia’s Lost City on my 4th trek for the Stars Appeal and the 5th I’ve organised for them.

It will be hot and humid, with daily rain probable, and we’ll be walking up to 12 hours a day on overgrown or muddy jungle paths, with around 3500m of ascent and descent and 1200 steps to the Lost City (up and back!)

I started fundraising for the Stars Appeal to say thank you for the care Jacob received when he was born 6 weeks early nearly 20 years ago. Since then Stars Appeal projects in Salisbury Hospital have made a huge difference for many more people I know.
