3 serving Royal Engineers Officers at 24 Cdo RE have topped the dumb ideas club by taking on the 'Toughest Footrace on Earth', the Marathon Des Sables -  covering a distance of 6 marathons over 6 days across the Sahara Desert. But all for a good cause, raising valuable funds for Walking With the Wounded, a charity dedicated to helping injured former British armed forces men & women.
