As a few of you are aware il be running the great south run on Oct 20th I will be running for Diabetesuk.

now as most of you know few years ago I got diagnosed with type2 diabetes and thankfully I managed to overcome it with help from these guys....

also this means a lot more as my mum also suffers from type1 diabetes and has done since a child she’s been an absolute diamond... so if you can please donate thank you xx
