Jon Launchbury's Hospice of the Valleys Fundraising Events.  

I have decided to take part in a number of events to try and assist the charity as much as possible therefore any donations to this great cause would be massively appreciated.  The events are as follows;

Saturday 31st August - Gower Olympic Distance Triathlon.  This consists of;

* 1.5km open water swim (@ Port Eynon) * 35km Bike * 10km Run

Saturday 28th September - Mumbles Middle Distance Triathlon.  This consists of;

* 1.2mile open water swim (@ Mumbles) * 56mile Bike * 13.2mile Run

Sunday 6th October 2019 - Cardiff Half Marathon 

I will be joining a team of Hospice of the Valleys fundraisers to run the iconic Cardiff Half Marathon.  

The aim is to hopefully raise enough money to pay for a days worth of services within the Hospice, helping Hospice of the Valleys dedicated Nursing and Family Support Team to continue to provide the exceptional care and support to patients and their families who need it most in Blaenau Gwent. Hospice of the Valley are faced with an ever increasing demand on their services and we need your support to help us to continue to provide free of charge this exceptionally good work.
