Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. ‘Mind’ provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

This August we will be will be taking part in the Swiss Epic. The event is a physically and mentally demanding 5-day stage race across the Alps covering 350 kilometres and 12,000m climbing. Read more about the event here http://www.swiss-epic.com
