This is my first marathon and I am running it in memory of my wee niece Jessica who was born sleeping suddenly last July.

I will be raising money for SANDS - The Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society.  My family and I were very lucky to have their support and in particular the use of the Bereavement Room and Cold Cot at Crosshouse Hospital as this allowed us time making precious memory with Jess.

SANDS are an often overlooked charity who provide invaluable support to families after such a devastating ordeal. In particular we are raising money for our local branch Ayrshire SANDS to help to make sure that support is always there for families should they need it.
