I am undertaking a trek to Everest Base Camp in April 2023. This is a strenuous 13 day trek and I am hoping to reach the foot of Mountain Everest and an altitude of 5364m (17,598ft). 

I am keen to take this opportunity to raise sponsorship for Methodist World Development and Relief and specifically it's programmes at Kopila in Nepal and The Church Land Programme in South Africa.

Kopila works with marginalized communities in Nepal, seeking basic human rights and  psychosocial well-being for all people, whilst The Church Land Programme works to affirm, learn from and journey with those who are systematically excluded and impoverished in their struggles related to land and justice. 

My trip is entirely self funded, all funds raised will go directly to WDR. I am grateful for all donations big and small and I look forward to updating you all as I trek towards Everest.
