I'm running the London Marathon to raise money for the NSPCC. Something I realised recently was the work the NSPCC is doing around online safety and mental health. How we educate our kids to handle social media, messaging apps and the content found in them is a constant discussion. It's one we're having with our kids, and with other parents and teachers at the school gates. With the recent Molly Russell tragedy, I think it’s incredibly important we all contribute to helping children navigate their way through the online world.
