I recently lost my auntie Gaynor to gall bladder cancer; she fought fiercely until 19/02/2013 where she drew her last breath in the arms of her loving husband and mother.

She was an inspiration to everyone who met her; she loved life and helping others. She regularly raised a lot of money herself for charity, including ‘Peddle to Paris’ from London. She was so dedicated to raising money for charity and helping others that, whilst receiving treatment for her cancer, she herself done a fundraising run. She was told to take it ‘easy’ but, the fighter she was, ran the whole way.   

I’m doing the Manchester 10k so I can raise money for Macmillan so others can receive the support she got. This run is for both Gaynor and every other family that will benefit hugely from the support Macmillan give.
