A little over 20 years ago my wife Debs and I discovered that our eldest son Henry had been born with the genetic condition Neurofibromatosis Type 1, a surprisingly common genetic condition that can have serious life changing consequences for those living with it. Henry has been on quite a journey since then, but without the help and support of Nerve Tumours UK it could have been very different.
So we're supporting Nerve Tumours UK because their mission means a great deal to us. They provide crucial support to people living with the Neurofibromatoses- the conditons that cause nerve tumours. They are dominant genetic conditions, which means that they can be passed on in families from one generation to the next through genetic inheritance.
We're riding the race to help the charity support those living with the condition and for those that, tragically, will be continue to be born with it in the future. This small but passionate charity needs our help - whatever you can spare will make such a difference
Thanks so much
Johnny and Debs Bruce
