On the 6th June, I will be taking part in the Samworth Charity Challenge with my teammates Mark, Geoff and Fred.  We will be canoeing, cycling and running around Lake Vyrnwy and the Berwyn mountain range in North Wales.  We are taking on the "Super Tough" route so we know it's going to be a true test of our fitness.  The terrain is steep with a height gain of almost 1,000m on the cycling section!
