Well I completed my first marathon. 

The first half went really well and then my legs stopped doing what they were told and I staggered through to finish in 4hrs 51mins. 

But the atmosphere of the crowds in Amsterdam and the whole event was a memorable experience. 

I am also so pleased to be raising a decent amount for Leonard Cheshire. Their new garden in Brampton is really going to be valued by them (and me) and I am very thankful for your generous support. 

It made it all worth it for me.
