Around since 1923, SAMH currently operates over 60 services in communities across Scotland. These services together with our national programme work in See Me, respectme, suicide prevention, sport and physical activity; inform our policy and campaign work to influence positive social change.

Story

Rutherford Cross is thrilled to be hosting a client football tournament on Friday the 16th of June, to raise money for SAMH, the nation's leading mental health charity.

The evening is a great chance for finance functions to develop team-bonding, channelling competitive spirit in the name of a worthy cause and unwind from the pressures of the office.

Mental health issues can have the most profound impact on our relationships, our work, our wellbeing and our quality of life.  Whether you're living with a mental health problem or supporting someone who is, SAMH is there to help.

Every year, SAMH provides over a million hours of support to people living with poor mental health.  Every week, the charity works with around 4,000 individuals in over 60 services across Scotland and campaign for better mental health for the people of Scotland.  SAMH aims to reduce the stigma attached to mental health, promote good mental health and provide invaluable support to those indeed.

Please make a donation to support the great work carried out by the charity.
