Jonathan Emmett is raising money for Carers UK
Story
Carers UK do amazing work supporting those who selflessly and tirelessly care for others.
I've seen first hand in my family how valuable carers are. My mum, dad, aunt and uncles have been caring for my grandparents (on both sides of the family) over the last few years.
The countless sacrifices that carers make to improve the lives of others is astonishing. They tirelessly, and silently, go about making sacrifices for others.
My experience is just from one family in the UK. I'm sure you too have countless examples through family or friends.
As a result I've decided to sign up for my first ever marathon!!... Almost exactly two years after my first venture into running 🏃.
I'm sure we all know people who either provide care or receive this valuable support... If you'd like to support me in running a stupidly long way for this charity, whether through giving on this page or coming to cheer me and others along then that would be amazing! Thank you!!
