Story

Hi there, my name is Jono. I'm running 25 half marathons in 25 days from the 1st of December to the 25th in the hope that the money I raise will stop at least 1 person from ending their life too soon. Having suffered with my mental health in the past and knowing how difficult it can be. I want to make a real difference.

I will be running with celebrities and friends to try and spread awareness of the difficulties young people face. I will also be running a podcast, interviewing each daily guest that runs with me.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about lifes problems.
