JJ's Tour de Dyson · 6 September 2018

Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity. We’re striving for a cure, by revolutionising the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia.

Story

On Thursday 6th September I'm going to do the 60 mile Tour de Dyson on my lean, green 1-wheel machine.  This will be the longest distance I've done on a unicycle so it should be sufficiently challenging!

I'm raising money for Alzheimer’s Research UK, a charity very worth fund-raising for, so please give generously :)

The James Dyson Foundation will also be matching the donations so anything you give will go even further!

About the Tour de Dyson:

On Thursday 6th September cyclists at Dyson will again, embark on a challenging charity bike ride of 60 to 100 miles for the Tour de Dyson! Starting and finishing at our campus in Malmesbury, the tour will scale the Cotswolds, all in aid of Alzheimer’s Research UK.

The annual event is celebrating its fifth year and to mark the occasion, the team will be retracing the tyre tracks from their first ever route. Since its humble beginnings with a small team of 20, the Tour de Dyson has grown year on year - last year an impressive 70 people completed the course
