Hello, thanks for dropping by.  I'm running fifty miles in a few day's time, all on one day (and they cleverly have organised a party afterwards - I hope there will be enough bath chairs to go round).  If you would like to donate, and I really would like you to, the charity is the Christie Hospital and your donation will go towards the oncology research that they do.  They are quite good at it.  

Just fyi, I haven't run 50 miles before so I may not do it but I will be trying.  I'm told that you are not allowed to give up until your blood hurts so I will be looking out for that with interest.  But thank you for reading this.  And I will let this page know how I got on (the day of the run is Saturday September 8th).
