Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
So this year to raise money for a charity that has offered me lots of support since losing Beth nearly 4 and a half years ago I’ve signed up to walk 100km from London to Brighton!! It’s a fantastic charity which offers lots of different types of support for people who are widowed under the age of 50.
After it being deferred from last year and the slightly crazy summer walking challenge that I took part in, it’s finally time to up the distance and walk from a stones throw away from Kew Gardens all the way to Brighton!!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Please donate... £2 pays for a WAY member to access the WAY support helpline providing 1:1 telephone advice and counselling (24 hours a day / 365 days a year).
£5 pays for marketing materials to reach out to 100 young bereaved people who could benefit from joining WAY.
£25 pays for a grieving person who cannot afford the membership fee to join WAY for a year.
£50 pays for a memorial fund donation to help fund a place for a WAY member who is struggling to attend a WAY event.
Equally as important as fundraising, I ask you to please remember Widowed And Young in the event anyone you know might need them / us in future (for anyone aged 50 or under when their partner dies).
And for every pound you give, another will be heading to the Sepsis Trust. Thank you
