For my 50th Birthday year I always wanted to stay fit enough to run another marathon, and lockdown has enabled that with the support of the Plymouth Park Run boys founded from our NCT Group ! I have been lucky enough to run 5 London's so far for Contact A Family, so having been unable to secure a place in this years London Marathon we all agreed to give Manchester a go, with the advantage of running for a local Charity that I am a Trustee of, Friends and Families of Special Children. 

So on the 10th October 2021 the founder members of  NCT Park Run -Gary Blagdon, Keith Smithers and myself will be hoping to run sub 4 and raise money for Friends and Families of Special Children.
