We are a team of friends from the CrossFit Ironfort gym in Holmfirth, Huddersfield. Last year a few of us raised some money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. We are planning a further event in 2021 to raise more funding for this very worthwhile and under recognized cause.

The MND Association focuses on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and NI and funds research into a cure for this dreadful disease. 

In June 2021 we (the ALWAYS ULTRA TEAM) plan to conquer the "Race To The Castle", an Ultra Marathon event, over 2 days consisting of 100k of multi terrain with an elevation of some 3,500 ft. 

Accompanying us will be MaNDy a 20 kg wooden sleeper, which will be fully MND branded to help to promote the event and create a bit of fun (and pain) along the way.
