Having taken on the challenge of the coast to coast in Costa Rica I'm testing the body and mind to do something similar again.

This time it's the Verdon Gorge and the slopes of the southern Alps as we navigate our way by Kayak, foot and bike to hopefully finish in the millionaires playground of Monaco.

Training has begun in earnest, 6am starts at the gym every morning and hoping that I can keep the body in one piece for another epic jaunt.

Once again raising funds for the fantastic Lewis Moody Foundation which for those unaware was set up by Lewis to raise money for those affected by brain tumours.

If the last trip is anything to go by when the group raised over £100k it should be quite an adventure.
