On 22 June I shall be taking on Snowdon for a great cause, Rainbow Trust Children's Charity. 

Having lost 20st, this is something I could not have done before now.... I want to use my new found fitness to do something positive and good and I'm happy to be able to support Rainbow Trust. 

They enable families who have a child with a life threatening illness to make the most of their time together. Each family is paired with an expert Family Support Worker who provides practical and emotional support to all members of the family, where they need it, for as long as they need it. 

When everything is turned upside down, a dedicated Family Support Worker becomes a trusted and constant person in family life.Our current team target would enable Rainbow Trust to support 4 families for an entire year.
