I am taking part in Katharine House hospice's 10.5 mile midnight walk in memory of Jan, she is Rachel's step mum and was a wonderful Nanna to our little man. She sadly passed away last January at Katharine House Hospice. They were a brilliant help and support and I want to raise as much money as possible so they can keep supporting other families through difficult times/ so please help if you can!
