I'm running the 2019 Cardiff Half Marathon for Prostate Cancer UK. 

I'm running for two family members who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer. One in eight men will get prostate cancer. That needs to end. 

Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition – to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.
