I am cycling nearly 200 miles from North Wales to Cardiff for the Cardiff City FC Foundation.  It is a registered charity which uses the power of sport to change lives.  The money I raise will be used to help improve the outcomes for young people who are disadvantaged and need support to have a chance in life.

I have completed little to no training due to life getting in the way and so the support I get will really help to push me through!

A final note is that I will be cycling in memory of Iori Harries who died in June 2017. He would have been proud of all of those involved in this ride and there are little to no words that can be put here to explain how special he was to the friends and family around him.
