Dundee Kiltwalk 2024 · 11 August 2024 ·

The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society, founded in 1923, has over 11,000 members in a network of Branches and Affiliated Groups worldwide. Working with talented musicians, they organise local dance events, classes, and teaching workshops to promote “fun, fitness and friendship” amongst dancers.

Story

On the 11th August - the last day of our annual Summer School in St Andrews - we are donning our kilts and walking from St Andrews to Dundee to raise funds for the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society.

Kiltwalk funds will be used to provide schools across Scotland with the resources and support they need so children can enjoy a traditional activity that has proven physical, mental and social benefits, while at the same time getting active and having fun!

You can make a donation here - or sign up for the Kiltwalk and join us!
