I was never the sporty one at school, frankly it was a miracle I knew where the PE department was, but Kat was forever active and challenging herself, so here I am!

My wonderful Brother-in-Law ran for Mind a couple of years ago, and I cried for almost the entire day, so lord only knows how I'm gunna cope when its my turn!!
