On 2nd July 2023 our Bourton-based team including Jon Manley, Tom Shean and Steve Fountain are heading to Corfe Mullen to take part in the Macmillan Dorset Bike Ride in memory of Katie Manley.

The 63 mile ride takes us from Corfe Mullen to Bulbarrow and ending in Milton Abbas and promises to be a challenging route! 

We are all not exactly natural athletes, going from mainly training our arms to lift pints of real ale at the White Lion to riding up Penselwood Hill has been quite a shock to the system. 

We are persevering and determined to complete this in memory of our dear Katie. She would be proud but surprised to say the least at our undertaking of such an event!
