My running career has had its ups and downs over the years, but this year I have found my stride and a new love for pounding south London's streets for long periods of time.  If I can both raise some money for a great charity, that is close to me in many ways, and achieve something that I have long wondered whether I had the mental strength to do, that has to be a good thing.  Every pound raised will improve my finishing time by 1 second.... promise!
