I'm at it again :) Another half marathon challenge. My poor poor knees! 

Talkback-UK Ltd is a local charity that supports young adults with autism and learning challenges. Growing up with a sister in the 80's and 90's with severe learning difficulties, support like this just wasn't available. I want to raise as much as I can to give these individuals the opportunity to be part of a society of inclusion, that celebrates diversity.

There is another reason, our beautiful grand daughter, Alaia. She will be 4 years old by the time I run this half marathon, and she is non verbal autistic. She is one very special little lady :) and by donating to this charity, will mean that when Alaia is older, she will have the opportunities that Talkback-UK Ltd provide, and that is so so important to us.
