I am so blessed to have two healthy and happy children. I know that it is not like that for every family. I grew up with a sister with severe learning difficulties and although there was some respite, there certainly wasn't the support and care that my parents and family desperately needed. By running the Edinburgh Marathon I am determined to raise as much money as possible for Happy Days Children's Charity. They get absolutely no government funding so it is down to people like us to make a difference and spread a little bit of joy for the children and families who really need and deserve it. 

This is not an easy challenge for me, so your donation is a great motivation to get me out there training hard to do my best.
