Our story started on the 4th November 2022 when Anastasia was born at 27 weeks, weighing 940g (2lbs 1oz). 

Ana had an incredibly difficult start, with multiple operations and infections. She spent 6 months at UHW Cardiff in the NICU & High dependency units. We’ve been extremely lucky to have a positive outcome for our little girl but this may not have been possible without the vital work that Bliss does to help premature and sick babies.

**In honour of Anastasia’s great-granny who recently passed away, She planned to be there on the day of the marathon and has been a great supporter of the charity.**
